A small company with one rule: nothing untraceable, nothing unsubmitted by a person.
Why EveryShall exists
Small services firms are good at their work and bad at the paperwork of selling it to government. Not because they are careless, but because a 120-page solicitation read at midnight by the person who also runs the firm is a recipe for a missed "shall". The tools that solve this are priced for contractors ten times their size.
EveryShall is built for the firm with five to fifty people, a SAM.gov registration, and no proposal manager. It finds, qualifies, and drafts. It shows its sources. It never submits.

How we work with pilot firms
We take on a small number of firms at a time. Each starts with a live solicitation on the first call, a written pilot agreement that says what we deliver and what we do not, and a weekly check-in. Errors you find in our output are the most important thing you can tell us, and we keep a record of every one.
Talk to the founder.
Every first call is with the person who built the system and will fix what you find wrong with it.
