Privacy Policy
This policy explains what EveryShall LLC ("EveryShall", "we", "us") collects, why, where it is kept, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read. Where it is unclear, write to privacy@everyshall.com and we will answer plainly.
1. Who we are
EveryShall LLC. We provide a software service that finds, qualifies, and drafts responses to government solicitations for business customers.
2. What we collect
From visitors to this website
- Form submissions. If you use the contact or request-access forms, we collect what you enter: name, email address, firm, role, and your message or answers. We also record the page you submitted from and the time.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to build profiles of visitors.
- No analytics, trackers, or third-party requests. This site sets no cookies and serves every asset from its own domain. See the Cookie Policy.
From customers of the service
- Account data. Names, work email addresses, and authentication details for the people at your firm who use the service.
- Firm documents. Capability statements, past performance records, resumes, certifications, past proposals, and go/no-go rules that you upload. These may contain personal data about your staff, such as names and employment history.
- Public solicitation documents that the service retrieves on your behalf.
- Service records. The scores, matrices, drafts, edits, exports, and audit ledger the service produces for your bids.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to you when you contact us.
- To provide the service: retrieving solicitations, scoring them against your rules, extracting requirements, drafting, reviewing, and keeping the audit ledger.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service, including investigating errors you report.
- To meet legal obligations and to enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your documents or data to train or fine-tune any machine learning model. We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.
4. Where it is kept and who processes it
All data is stored and processed in the United States. Infrastructure providers we use to host the service and to run language models are bound by contractual terms that prohibit using our data to train their models. Our company email is provided by Namecheap, Inc. (Private Email). A current list of sub-processors is available on request to the privacy address below, and this page is updated before any new sub-processor begins handling customer data.
5. How long we keep it
- Website form submissions: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Customer documents and service records: for the life of your agreement with us, then deleted within 30 days of termination or of your request, except that audit ledger entries are retained in redacted form so that the record of what was generated stays intact.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
6. Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to a use of it. Write to privacy@everyshall.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are a member of staff at a customer firm and your data was uploaded by your employer, we may direct your request to them, since they control that data.
Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (for example California) have specific rights under those laws. We honor them as described above. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Security
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to production systems requires multi-factor authentication and is logged. See the Security page for detail, including the certifications we do not yet hold.
8. Children
The service and this site are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
When this policy changes, customers are told by email before the change applies, and the previous version is available on request.
