Terms of Use

These terms apply to this website and, unless a signed pilot or subscription agreement says otherwise, to the EveryShall service. They are between you and EveryShall LLC ("EveryShall", "we"). If you use the service on behalf of a firm, you confirm you may bind that firm.

1. What the service is and is not

EveryShall finds public solicitations, scores them against rules you set, extracts requirements, produces drafts, reviews drafts against those requirements, and keeps an audit record. It is a drafting and research aid.

EveryShall never submits a bid, proposal, quotation, or any other document to any government agency or procurement portal. Submission is performed by you. You are solely responsible for reviewing everything the service produces, for its accuracy and completeness, for compliance with the solicitation and applicable law, and for what you submit.

2. Accuracy

The service uses machine learning models and automated extraction. Output may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. The service flags sentences it cannot source and lists gaps it finds, but it will not catch everything. Do not submit output you have not read. Nothing produced by the service is legal, financial, or contracting advice.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything the service produces from it. You grant us the limited right to store and process that content to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to upload it, including any personal data about your staff. We do not use your content to train or fine-tune models.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use the service to make false statements to any government body, to misrepresent past performance, qualifications, or ownership status, to access solicitations or portals you are not entitled to access, or to attempt to breach the isolation between customer accounts. We may suspend accounts used in these ways.

5. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the people you give access to and for keeping credentials secure. Multi-factor authentication is required. Tell us at once at security@everyshall.com if you believe an account has been compromised.

6. Fees

Fees for pilots and subscriptions are stated in writing before they apply. Use of this website is free.

7. Availability and changes

We do not currently offer a contractual uptime commitment. We may change or withdraw features; where a change materially reduces what you paid for, we tell you in advance and you may end your agreement without penalty.

8. Termination and deletion

Either side may end a pilot or subscription as set out in that agreement. On termination, or on request, we delete your content within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and service are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the website or service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost bids, lost contracts, or lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
